She began as a kennel assistant and gradually advanced to the role of Veterinarian Assistant through hands-on, work-based training. Over the years, Pam also served as a Customer Service Representative, which enriched her experience and helped shape her leadership abilities. These diverse roles paved the way for her leadership journey within the veterinary field.
With 22 years of experience, Pam has built a strong foundation in both emergency medicine and general practice, fostering meaningful professional relationships that continue to hold special value to her. She brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role at Animal Medical Care, where she shares her expertise with the staff and works to cultivate a positive and collaborative work culture.
Outside of her professional life, Pam enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including hunting and fishing. She also cherishes time spent with her daughters and wife.
